LECCINO

Leccino oil is an oil of excellent quality. 
It is characterized by being a very balanced oil. 

Slightly fruity, its color is intense golden yellow with greenish reflections.

The aroma has ample vegetable notes of artichoke, thistle and fragrance of aromatic herbs, the taste is elegant with tones of black pepper lettuce and ultimate sweet almond.

The bitter and the spicy are present in harmony. 

This kind of oil is perfect for raw and cooked food, its flavor is almost neutral, therefore it is particularly suitable for delicate dishes such as fish baked in foil and grilled white meats. 

It successfully combines with tomatoes, toasted bread or grilled vegetables and salads. 

Recommended for children and for those who prefer delicate flavours. 

BLEND

Our Blend is composed of Leccino, Coratina, Nociara and San Benedetto olives. 

Cultivars that scrupulously combined with each other give life to an extra virgin olive oil with medium fruity sentroi. 

At sight it is golden yellow with greenish shades. The nose is large and elegant, with strong vegetable aromas of artichoke, fresh herbs, arugula and almond. The taste is enveloping and highly personal: almond fruit and field fragrances gently cheer the papillae. 

Rightly bitter and spicy, it turns out to be the ideal combination for flat bread, red meats, legumes, crustaceans, baked fish, fried fish and meat and vegetable soups
